When registering a sale deed, should we mention the guideline value and the purchase value. In the sale deed can I mention the purchase value which is more than the guideline value but still pay stamp charges corresponding to the guideline value?

If the purchase value is more than the guideline value, you are liable to pay the stamp duty for the real value. If the purchase value is less than the guideline value, you are liable to pay the stamp duty as per the guideline value.
