Is there any separate Act which deals with the Power of Attorney ?

Yes. There is a separate Act to deal with the Power of Attorney. The power of Attorney Act 1882 which deals with the Power of Attorney is a small Act with only five sections. While at the same time, the Indian Contract Act 1872 which deals with agency is applicable to the Power of Attorney also since the holder of Power of Attorney is an agent of the Principal.
