The power of attorney executed in a foreign country before authorized officer of Indian embassy which is duly adjudicated by collector of stamps in India is a legally valid document conferring powers to power of attorney holder, unless revoked. A sale deed may be executed on the basis of such power of attorney provided the power of attorney gives such authority.
