Are there rules regarding the car park bought by the owner in an apartment complex? In case he does not possess a car can he use the area to store some items?

The apartment owner, who has purchased the car parking, if earmarked, is the absolute owner of that area. If the car parking is not earmarked, the purchaser may have to park his car in the place allotted to him by owners association. The rules framed by the registered owners associations are applicable to car parking also.
