I have been allotted a BDA site in BSK 6th stage in the year 2004. I want to know whether the new rule applies for me also. Should I construct a house within five years from the allotment date? Kindly let me know.

Since you were allotted the site is BSK 6th stage during the year 2004, the amended rules of 27-04-2005 is not applicable to your allotment.
