Is it ok to purchase a flat which is under CMC-DC converted land or will there be a problem in registration? What are the documents that are needed to be verified?

If the land is converted for residential purpose and the plan is approved by authorized agency, there is no problem in purchasing the flat provided Khata is available in form 19 and betterment charges are paid. Please note that the CMC’s are permitted to approve plans with ground +2 floor and Corporation with ground +3 floors and any building beyond ground +3 floor has to be approved by BDA or BMRDA or BIAAPA or BMIC depending upon its location.
