Q:- Do the financial institutions permit the transfer of loan from one institution to other, and what is the fee charged for such transfer. When it would be better to transfer the loan?

Q:- I am a building contractor. One of my clients, a nationalized bank has included a clause of defect liability in the agreement and also refers to guarantee. Please inform what means by defect liability, guarantee and warranty period?

Q:- I am planning to purchase a Gramathana site situated at layout approved by Horamavu village Panchayat whether Banks provide loans for such sites ?

Q:- My father is 65 years old and owns a property measuring 60x40 in H.S.R. Layout. when we approached the Bank to avail loan for putting up construction over the said property, Bankers say that either I have to be co-owner or the property has to be transferred in my name in order to release loan for construction, keeping into consideration the old age of my father. Whether my father can Gift that property in my favour?

Q:- My sister owns a constructed house for which she availed a loan from Housing finance company.  Since she is going to get married shortly, she wishes to transfer the house to her mother, by way of gift.  Is it possible to give the gift without clearing the loan amount?  If we do so, what will happen?
