Q:- When registering a sale deed, should we mention the guideline value and the purchaser value. Now in the sale deed can i mention the purchase value than the guideline value but still pay stamp charges corresponding to the guideline value?

Q:- Whether a sale deed of an immovable property can be registered after the death of the executor (within a prescribed period of four months) or can it be registered by representative of executor)? 

Q:- What are the consequences if a Land is sold without a title (Registered with fabricated documents)?

Q:- I have purchased a house in Malleswaram jointly with my wife. The sale deed is registered in the names of me and my wife. However, I want to transfer the entire property to my wife. Have I to execute a sale deed in favour of my wife. If so what are the stamp duty and registration charges? 

Q:- I want to purchase a house in limits of Byatarayanapura CMC. The present owner has produced all the documents but not the Khata endorsement or Khata Certificate. I was told that CMC will not issue Khata Certificate. Please clarify.
